My OVO will become (you guessed it...) My Boost! Log in in exactly the same way as before, using your email address and password (it’s the same as your My OVO one). 

The Boost Power app has all the same features and benefits as the OVO Energy app. And, over time, it will begin to offer you even more. 

Yes, you’ll always be able to use your current key/card.

Yes. At Boost, we don’t believe in tying people down with contracts. So try us risk free – and leave anytime if you don’t love us. 

Not very easily. The OVO Team now only offers pay monthly plans, so they’d need to fit a different pay monthly meter for you, and it might cost.

We want to keep our rates as low and fair as possible. With the government’s winter price cap, we’ve dropped our variable PAYG rates too. So you can settle into Boost on new, lower prices (effective from 29th September 2017). See our rates

Boost will bring you everything you love about OVO – but even more. You’ll get a dedicated team focussed on PAYG, offering even better service and developing exciting new products and services too.  

Yes, we’re working with OVO to give Boost members smart meters. 

We want to give all our customers the best experience possible. That’s why we’ve split the Pay Monthly Team from the PAYG Team. The end game is that we can spend more time bringing you what you want. 

Boost and OVO share the same trading licence. This means it’s the same company supplying your energy under a different name. 

Yes, same company, but a bit more than just a name change. We’ve also changed our teams so that Boost will be run by PAYG specialists or experts (whatever you want to call them). They’re here to make your experience better, and bring you exciting new products and services too. 

Absolutely. Our customer service team will still be based in Bristol and run to the same high standards that you’ve enjoyed at OVO.
