If for whatever reason you go off supply, we’re here to help you get it going again. How you do it depends on the type of meter you have and the plan you’re on. Pick yours:
If you use the Boost app or website to check your balance and top up, you're on Smart PAYG+.
If you top up at the shop, and this is automatically added to your meter, you're on Smart Standard.
If you top up by inserting your electricity key or gas card into your meter, you've got a traditional meter.
